SHIPPING
Delivery time
The delivery time varies between 2 to 8 working days, depending on your shipping provider and chosen delivery method.
When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, the calculated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an email with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately.
Please note that we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
Do you ship to my country?
Please fill in your address details at checkout to confirm shipping to your country. We currently ship to over 50 countries in EU, UK, US, Asia and Australia.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost for Europe and United Kingdom is 10€. For the rest of the world the shipping cost is 20€. Shipping is free for all regions with orders over 150€.
Order tracking
To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation e-mail, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the e-mail as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
Please note that if you don't pick up your order and it's sent back to us, we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend it back to you.

Responsibility
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. SKANDI cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly.
