RETURNS

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receiving of the goods.

The returned items must be unused with the tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, will be rejected and returned back to the customer. All return items will be reviewed before a refund can be made.

How to make a return

Please note the following:

We do not stand for the shipping cost* of your order and it will be deducted from your refund.

We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you.

When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

We're unable to accept back any items of the following:

  1. Items with removed or reapplied tags
  2. Items not in the original packaging
  3. Items that seem used
  4. Items that are damaged (after leaving our warehouse), soiled or in any way altered

How to make an exchange

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please email us at contact@skandistore.com to proceed and you will be directed to our service for exchanges.

How to make a claim

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color, or product) from what you have ordered, please email contact@skandistore.com. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect.

When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a seperate email with further shipping instructions.

How long does it take to get a refund

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
